Sinelli and Associates provides consulting services to some of the biggest names in the insurance industry. Currently, our consultants are developing new financial reporting requirements for a large property and casualty company that recently acquired another company, designing billing and claims systems for one of the largest TPAs in the country, and managing several large projects for a large health insurance company.

Senior Insurance Systems Consultant
Using the Sinelli and Associates, Inc. proven methodology, the Senior Insurance Systems Consultant manages complex business consulting and systems implementation engagements for a wide variety of insurance clients.
This professional establishes solid relationships with the clients' senior level management team to facilitate the evaluation of operational processes and problems.
With a clear definition of the clients' unique business needs, the Senior Consultant directs the development of an implementation plan to successfully resolve the business and technology issues.
The Consultant coordinates and manages the efforts of Sinelli and Associates' consulting staff to ensure the success of the engagement. Often, our Senior Consultants lead the entire project team.
Diverse assignments include general ledger and accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, policy administration, claims, commissions, and reinsurance system implementations.
Qualifications for the Senior Insurance Systems Consultant include:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years insurance industry experience
  • Proven skill managing both project teams and complex consulting engagements
  • Solid experience with financial and administrative operations of insurance companies
  • Demonstrated success leading the implementation of current insurance applications
  • Expertise utilizing technology to formulate effective business solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
  • Travel is required. Relocation is not necessary

Insurance Systems Consultant
Using the Sinelli and Associates, Inc. proven methodology, the Insurance Systems Consultant will work closely with the clients' management team to analyze and identify specific problems related to business processes and technology.
After defining the unique needs of the company by evaluating current processes and interviewing business users, the Consultant will participate in the development of a strategic plan to address and resolve corporate issues.
Our Consultants becomes an integral part of the implementation effort, either as project leader or as part of the implementation team.
Engagements include the following applications: general ledger and accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, policy administration, claims, commissions, and reinsurance.
Qualifications for the Senior Insurance Systems Consultant include:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years insurance industry experience
  • Proven experience with successful implementation of one or more insurance applications
  • Solid understanding of current technology trends
  • Knowledgeable of regulatory, GAAP and internal management reporting for insurance companies
  • Excellent presentation skills and professional presence
  • Travel is required. Relocation is not necessary
