The mission of Sinelli and Associates, Inc. is to help clients improve productivity and profits with adroit utilization of information technology.

For every engagement, our primary focus is the business objective. Clear definition of the business challenge will dictate whether the solution requires changes in non IT operations, redirecting existing systems, or implementing new technology. In the eighties, we worked extensively with single source legacy systems. Since the mid-nineties, most of the solutions have been multi-party and multi-platform integrations. Frequently, improving a key function in an insurance entity will require reworking the manual processes, licensing software, implementing a BPO relationship and establishing one or more ASP relationships.

We have experience automating nearly every function in Health, Life, and Property and Casualty insurance companies.
