Professional Sports Association
Sinelli and Associates, Inc. designed and implemented the first automated financial systems for a professional sports association. The project included all of the classic steps for system selection and implementation from initial needs definition through formal documentation. The software design and the financial systems for the association's operations lasted for more than seventeen years. Software costs, maintenance fees and internal support for the products was the lowest for any major system ever implemented by the client. We helped the client develop the first Information Systems steering committe to better address growing demands for IT services.
